HR Associate – C&B

Full Time | Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Support C&B functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration and tax filing
  • Provide administration support for medical insurance
  • Maintain leave records
  • Compile HR reports including HR costs and statistical reports for management review
  • Play an active role in supporting HRIS initiatives liaising with service providers and internal partners in system maintenance, enhancements and operating procedures review
  • Participate in ad-hoc project when there is an opportunity

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience in C&B or payroll administration, preferably at financial institutions, or multi-national firms.
  • Sound knowledge in Employee Ordinance and other related ordinance
  • Familiar with HRIS, experience in IPL HR system is a plus
  • Excellent numerical sense time management and organizational skills, have the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Chinese word processing
  • Motivated, responsible and a good team player.  Always with a positive and willing-to-learn attitude
