Ir. Eric Chan is the Chief Public Mission Officer of the Hong Kong Cyberport. Ir. Chan is in charge of building the ecosystem of nurturing start-ups from inspiring the next generation, through nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit, to empowering global ambition, by providing comprehensive entrepreneurship programmes and early stage funding. Ir. Chan has 32 years of experience in the ICT industry, a chartered engineer, a chartered marketer and a fellow of Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK). Prior to joining Cyberport, Chan was a Director of HGC Global Communication; and had held various senior positions in global telecom and IT services companies including PCCW, PCCW Consulting Services, Cable & Wireless HKT. Ir. Chan has been active in public services, especially in education and industrial training, professional bodies and charitable organisations. Ir. Chan is the Chairman of Knowledge Management Development Center, Vice Chairman of Industrial Training Advisory Committee (ICT) and a member of Curriculum Development Council. He also serves as advisor and mentor at the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ir. Chan holds a BSc. Raof Latiff is the Group Head of Digital for Institutional Banking Group and Group Head of Product Management for Global Transaction Services at DBS. In this role, he leads the strategy and delivery of DBS’digital solutions for large corporate customers, financial institutions and SMEs. Raof also oversees the product development and commercialization of DBS’ full suite of transaction banking products and services, including cash management, documentary trade and open account trade finance. Raof holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from Curtin University, Western Australia and a MBA from University of Leicester, United Kingdom.

Clara Chiu  Clara Chiu is the Director in charge of Fintech of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). She is also the Director of the Licensing Department of the SFC and an ex officio member of the SFC Fintech Advisory Group. She oversees the SFC Fintech Contact Point which handles initial enquiries from Fintech companies that intend to set up financial services and businesses in Hong Kong. Clara is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales. Prior to joining the SFC, Clara worked in international law firms and her main practice areas included regulatory advisory work, commercial and regulatory litigation.
