1. Complete the following tasks of inviting friends to receive corresponding rewards:
   1. Invite friends and the invited user completes identity verification.
   2. Become an ambassador and successfully invite a certain number of friends to meet the number requirements for extra milestone rewards.
2. To review the task progress and reward status, please log in and view it via "User Center" - "Referral". Rewards need to be claimed manually after completing the corresponding tasks. The Reward will be automatically issued upon successful claim. The reward details in Reward Center will only display the records of rewards you have acquired from the Reward Center. Please note that if you fail to complete your identity verification within 365 days after registration, this invitation reward will expire.
3. This activity is only applicable to the scenario of inviting individual clients (including individual retail clients and individual PI clients). Clients of enterprises, institutions, and other types are not applicable to this reward plan. Omnibus, sub-accounts, authorized traders, authorized administrators types of accounts are not allowed to participate in this activity.
4. Individual retail clients refer to individual retail investors.
5. For invited users, completing identity verification means completing all identity verification procedures, including customer investment risk assessment questionnaires and bank transfers (or opting for offline verification as an alternative to bank transfers), and successfully opening an account.
6. Successful invitation condition: If the invited user passes identity verification within 180 days after registration, it is considered a successful invitation.
7. The inviter needs to complete identity verification to receive the corresponding invitation reward. The invitation reward before completing identity verification will be issued within 30 minutes after completing identity verification.
8. The invitation task can be completed repeatedly, and the more you invite successfully, the more rewards you get. Each client can successfully invite up to 3 people. Clients can apply to become ambassadors, who can invite up to 500 clients and receive rewards, while also enjoying exclusive extra rewards when the number of invited people reaches specified amounts.
9. For the friends who have already been successfully invited before, the Reward Center will not retroactively distribute supplementary rewards. However, the cumulative count of previously invited friends shall remain valid and continue to accrue. Upon meeting the eligibility criteria for subsequent phased reward tiers, participants will be entitled to claim the corresponding rewards.
10. The invitation relationship is only valid for the invited person who registers through the invitation code/invitation link and completes identity verification within 180 days after registration. Otherwise, the invitation relationship will be invalid. Once registered, the invitee cannot add or modify their invitation relationship to another one.
11. HashKey Exchange reserves the right to independently determine whether any transaction complies with the activity rules, including considering all applicable rules, regulations, and internal controls. HashKey Exchange also has the right to reasonably request further information from customers for verification. Any cheating or violation of activity rules (as solely determined by HashKey Exchange) will result in the cancellation of participation eligibility and the forfeiture of rewards obtained during the activity.
12. HashKey Exchange will periodically adjust the reward mechanism within a reasonable range based on market conditions. The activity time and reward amount for each task should be based on the real-time information on the Reward Center - Invite Friends task cards. HashKey Exchange will not notify separately about reward adjustments. HashKey Exchange reserves all rights to interpret the activities.
