Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content across all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Maintain social media calendar.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our digital marketing programs and overall performance.
  • Develop campaign creatives incorporating basic design. Short video editing skills a great addition.
  • Coordinate with diverse business lines, supporting their business and product plans with social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM systems. Able to direct ongoing e-Direct Marketing programs.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Able to develop and manage communities on WeChat and Telegram.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative audience engagement strategies.
  • Enhance audience engagement by targeting specific B2B audiences
  • Oversee and manage website and ongoing content updates.
  • Identify and engage high impact KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) on social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English and Cantonese required.
Director, Market Surveillance and Compliance Projects

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for developing the infrastructure for a Market Surveillance function. We have purchased the NASDAQ Smarts system – and the candidate will ensure it is properly implemented into the Pro Exchange system. This will include ensuring that the data from the exchange is properly fed into the Smarts system and can process the trading data, which results in accurate alerts.
  • To ensure the Smarts system is set up properly to catch all data flows including tokenization, stable coin trading and new products going through the Pro system.
  • To ensure the Smarts system exceptions and data is properly kept and stored so as to be able to prove to the SFC we have a surveillance system in place.
  • To set the alerts that reflect trading in digital assets taking into account the unique trading characteristics of the virtual assets markets.
  • To ensure that we have set the alerts properly to ensure market manipulation is properly captured, identified and isolated and can be traced to Pro clients and ensure the data for clients is complete so as to support reporting to the SFC if there is market manipulation.
  • To recruit and train a surveillance team and ensure they are trained to identify, follow up and review all exceptions and the false alerts are duly handled and the real alerts are acted upon.
  • To ensure the surveillance policies and procedures are properly documented and reflect the procedures being followed.
  • To review and critique as well as provide expert advice as to a demonstration module for the SFC.
  • To answer questions pertaining to Smarts, Market Surveillance, cross market surveillance, trends, and things to look for as a part of the Market Surveillance function.
  • To train operations, compliance and trading of the issues pertaining to manipulation of the markets so they can identify trends.

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated self-starter keenly interested in the digital asset space – in particular the trading of digital assets on a digital asset exchange. In addition, you will be the point person helping ensure the HashKey Pro Exchange has a properly monitored markets.
  • You will have at least 8 years of work with a solid experience in market surveillance and/or compliance/operations at a major digital asset, stock/digital assets exchange, investment bank or private equity firm and want to be a part of an exciting new cutting-edge industry.
  • You have solid communications and interpersonal skills, work well with senior personnel and run a small team of professionals. You are highly disciplined and want an opportunity to produce cutting edge work.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.

Exchange Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Maintain the required digital assets liquidity across the exchanges, Hot wallets and cold wallets
  • Work together with the Marketing and Technology teams to manage and optimize the Listing/Delisting process of Digital assets
  • Implement policies regarding regulatory requirements (Compliance Procedures) to effectively identify and manage the key risks
  • Develop and operationalize the risk management framework for trading platforms
  • Develop and operationalize trading rules across markets
  • Conduct cash reconciliation, trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, other settlement duties and return calculation, etc.
  • Build end to end double entry book-keeping system for accounting
  • Improve the overall trading experience by regularly auditing exchange system performance
  • Liaise with internal partners to provide customer support, client onboarding and other operation related matters to serve as the lead point of contact for all key customer account management matters
  • Manage the reporting and MIS with regularly presented analyses including dashboards and other exchange related metrics to the senior management
  • Run and provide oversight of the exchange/marketplace to ensure market integrity and that the venue is operating in an orderly fashion
  • Work with technology teams to implement new products, new regulatory requirements, and change policies via formalizing of processes flow, KPI update and training
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Trading
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, and other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) would be an advantage
  • Basic MS office skills. Numerical skills a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Less experience will be considered for the position of Associate
Legal Counsel - Tokenization and Listing

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for developing the legal infrastructure – which includes the rules, policies and procedures to list/tokenise assets that potential tokenisation candidates will follow. Prepare the groundwork will eventually lead to the formation of a stand-alone Tokenisation/Listing Department.
  • Working with our external legal counsels, create the virtual asset tokenisation/ listing rules and regulations for prospective Tokenisation candidates.
  • Develop the legal requirements and documentation relating to the tokenisation, operations and related processes.
  • Lead the HashKey Group’s fundraising efforts which will include a potential Initial Exchange Offering and potential listing on a major stock or digital asset exchange.
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated self-starter keenly interested in the digital asset space – in particular the tokenisation of assets and setting up the legal infrastructure for a digital asset exchange. In addition, you will be the point person helping the HashKey Group fundraise and tokenise the group’s assets.
  • You will have at least 5 years of work experience in the listing division of a major stock exchange, working on initial public offerings, fundraising, and listing or tokenisation at a major digital asset, investment bank or private equity firm.
  • You are a Common Law qualified Legal Counsel with a preference for Hong Kong or US qualifications.
  • You have solid communications and interpersonal skills, work well with senior personnel and run a small team of professionals. You are highly disciplined and want an opportunity to produce cutting edge work.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a strong plus (foreseeable that this role will be frequently interacting with colleagues in Shanghai).

Quant System Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Build systematic models that captures market inefficiencies;
  • Trade on these inefficiencies to generate profit for the firm;
  • In the process of doing that build the trading infrastructure and collect market data;
  • Periodically enhance the trading system;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Math/Physics or CompSci
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Programming (Java Preferred; Python is a plus)
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
Marketing Director / Associate Director

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and marketing leadership to the institutional sales teams by developing a deep understanding of client segments, including client dynamics & challenges and the needs from the sales team, and having working knowledge of the products and solutions that are a focus within the segment.
  • Lead and project manage large-scale marketing initiatives, partnering effectively with product marketing, event program management and shared service teams. These initiatives include online and print advertising, collateral, web, conferences, events, sponsorships, direct marketing, market research, thought leadership, and major sales programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales managers and become a true partner to the sales teams and an integral part of distribution initiatives.
  • Be hands-on throughout the planning and execution process and have the ability to multi-task across several marketing projects.
  • Provide updates to collateral and webpages as needed.
  • Support various marketing projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing
  • 8 to 12 years of marketing experience in financial services or related industry
  • Solid knowledge in investment product sales process and product knowledge preferred
  • Proven experience in delivering traditional and digital marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources
  • Familiarity with working with the digital asset/crypto community on marketing events and methods, such as meet-ups; Demo Days; KOL marketing etc is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment, including the Chinese market and Asia-Pacific markets and clients
  • Excellent competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency with written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required. A knowledge in other Asian language is a plus.
Human Resources Associate (on 3-month Contract)

It is a new generalist contractor role added to the team, focusing on the people agenda of employee engagement, corporate social responsibilities and HR administration. The Company will consider converting this position to a permanent employment based on employee performance and business needs.

Job Description:

  • Support HR Generalists with their day-to-day client service needs, including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding processes, addressing employee queries, and strategic initiatives
  • Update the employee database for new hires, transfers, leaves of absence and departures
  • Responsible for HR administration on benefits enrolment and payroll issues
  • Assist in HRIS implementation and maintenance project
  • Manage pre-employment process for new hires and transfers

Accounting Assistant (on 3-month Contract)

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day accounting operation such as data input and filing, and voucher preparation.
  • Handle daily receipt and payment and communications with vendors and clients as needed.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations as required.
  • Perform administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Assist in preparing payment, interim and period-end schedules.
  • Assist in ad hoc reporting, month or year-end closing, and consolidation as needed.
  • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Job Requirement:

  • College diploma or above, an associate degree in Accounting preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
  • High degree of attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Hard working, strong sense of responsibility and strong time management
